PostGraduate Studies

Hello, welcome back to my blog!

Today I want to tell you about what I've been thinking about my academic future, about Postgraduate Studies. 

Since this is my last year at university, I've been thinking about if I would like to keep on studying afterward. And yes, I like that idea very much, of course after some well-deserved vacation, especially as an opportunity to go abroad. 

Mostly because my field of interest is Hispanic Latin American Art and sadly there isn't enough expertise in Chile on that topic, not compared to other countries of the region. 

Also because I would love to travel and to see for myself the art, to experience it firsthand and not in pictures like most of my classes. So I want to enroll in a presential course, not only because after this past year I'm kind of tired of online classes but also because I've always dreamed to go to visit as much of the continent as I can. 

With that in mind, I've researched some countries and universities that would be interesting to go to.  

The ones that stick out the most for me are The Catholic University in Peru and the UNAM in Mexico. They both have amazing programs on Latin American art and also, have most of the research material.
