My favourite movie

Today I want to tell you about one of my favorite movies. Although I could take this matter very seriously, I decided to choose my first favorite movie that I had in life, as a child, and that I still enjoy watching. It is "Mulan", the animated film. Until very recently, there was no other main character in a children's movie who was like her.

Through her history, a whole generation of women was able to see a strong female role model, who for once did not need to be saved. Instead, he needed a chance to show that he could be brave and a warrior, just like any other man. The animated film Mulan tells the story of a young Chinese woman (whose name is Mulan) who is caught between tradition and saving a loved one. Loosely based on a real life warrior. Set at the time of the Hun invasion of China, Mulan escapes her established destiny as a future model wife to enlist in the military in place of her veteran father, who will likely not survive another war. To do this, she has to pretend to be a man and learn to fight without being discovered. Otherwise, you could face the death penalty for lying. But the brave Mulan doesn't care, she does what she has to do to protect her family and later, her country.

It is not easy, but she receives help from her ancestors, who supposedly send a powerful guardian to guide her. Or at least that was the plan, but here appears who is in my opinion the best character in history. Mutsu (a disgraced former guardian) ends up helping Mulan, with the same urge to prove himself worthy of more than others think of them.

In the end, Mulan proves to be the hero she is and saves her country with honor and courage, while Mutzu claims her place as guardian in the family temple.

Aside from the film's engaging and fun plot, what made it one of my favorite movies since childhood is that Mulan is not your average Disney princess. I loved her and I love her still.
